The IMC App is your one-stop digital solution for accessing healthcare services. I.It facilitates in-clinic and teleconsultation appointments, manages your health profile, and adds family members as dependents as well as ensuring your records updated in our patient management system.
Go to your mobile store (Apple Store, Play Store or Google Store) and search for IMC Health to install the App.
If you are an existing IMC patient, please enter your registered email address or phone number, along with your Singapore Identification Card Number (NRIC/FIN). Confirm your details to complete the sign-up process.
If you are a new patient to IMC, please provide your email address or phone number along with your Singapore Identification Card Number (NRIC/FIN) or Passport Number to proceed with the registration.
To log in, enter your registered email address or phone number to receive a one-time password (OTP). Once you receive the OTP, enter it and continue with the login process.
Whether you prefer an in-person visit or a virtual consultation, the app has you covered. You can book appointments for yourself or on behalf of a family member. Whether you’re looking for in clinic visits or teleconsultations, you can choose the clinic, doctor, and time slot that works best for you.
Simply tap the calendar icon on the homepage, select your appointment type, choose a doctor and time slot, and confirm your details. If your plans change, you can easily reschedule using the upcoming appointments section.
You can update your personal details, address, and health information from the Account section. If you need to add a dependent, just enter their information. The app will verify any existing records and, notify the added dependent to confirm the connection.
Payments are made after your appointment. Once your appointment is done, charges will be made to your file’s credit/debit card. We will invoice your insurance if you are with the Insurance Direct Billing.
For in-clinic appointments, you can check in via the app up to 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Check-in via app may also include verifying any corporate or insurance details when you arrive at the clinic.
We take your privacy seriously. All data and patient information are secured with encryption. Teleconsultations sessions are not recorded, and your personal information is kept confidential in accordance with PDPA.
If there are discrepancies to your profile information or appointment details, please call the clinic to highlight the issue. The clinic thereafter will engage with the App support team so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
You can easily manage your payment options in the Account section. Whether you need to add a new card or update existing details, our secure system ensures your information is handled safely.
