Meet Dr Mélissandre Noël

Dr Mélissandre Noël is a Canadian doctor who graduated from the University of Montreal in 2009 and completed a Family Medicine residency at the University of British Columbia (2011). She then pursued extra training in obstetrics and newborn care. She practiced in a full-service family practice clinic in Vancouver, Canada, for five years before relocating to Singapore. During that time, part of her practice included maternity care and delivering babies. She also ran dedicated youth clinics, providing adolescents with mental, sexual and reproductive health services.
